Update Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)

To Our Valued Guests,

Thank you for your continued loyalty to Frank Subaru.

As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have an increased impact in our community, I felt it was important to connect with you directly to share more about the steps we are taking to help keep our guests and team members safe and healthy.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to all those affected by COVID-19 around the world. The health and safety of our guests and team members have always been and will continue to be our top priority. For the last several decades, our Frank Motors dealerships have employed a full-time janitorial group who clean and sanitize our restrooms and guest waiting areas during the hours we are open, seven days a week. In recent weeks, our janitorial service has reinforced the cleaning of public areas that they currently provide by adding new CDC approved cleaning supplies and increasing the frequency and extent of cleaning. We are providing alcohol-based hand sanitizers throughout the stores and in common areas. We are also ensuring that our employees have the information they need to stay healthy or stay home if they are not feeling well.

In addition to providing resources throughout our dealership, we are conducting the following within our Service Department:

·      Our Service Advisors wear protective gloves and all advisor work stations have hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes available.

·      Service advisors are encouraged to wipe down their work stations with sanitizing wipes in between customer interactions.

·      Service technicians wear a new pair of gloves on every customer vehicle they work on.

·      Driver seat covers are placed in every customer vehicle prior to any work being done.

·      Disposable mats are placed in every customer vehicle prior to any work being done.

·      All steering wheels, door handles, shifters and e-brakes are wiped down before returning the vehicle to a customer.

We are monitoring information from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), government agencies, and internal resources as this situation evolves.

Based on this guidance and our operational practices, we are confident our dealership continues to be safe, and we look forward to welcoming you to our store.

Frank Subaru will continue to be here for you, just like we always have.

Thank you for your loyalty.
