We had an awesome time visiting the kids over at Olivewood Elementary! We were able to read to the kids and review the importance of being nice to others and not being a bully. We were also able to discuss how fun reading could be and where it can help take them. Little Tommy's Book Club also had some yummy back up with the kind donation of Chik Fil A in National City having donated 30 meals with Chicken sandwiches and hashbrowns. One of the kids was so ecstatic about the meal he told his teacher he was super happy to have, "Hashbrowns for days!"
Little Tommy himself read the book, The Legend of Spookley, the Square Pumpkin by Joe Troiano. The message was as clear as day: being unique and different has positive outcomes!
