Jim was born and raised in our beautiful city of San Diego. Jim's father, Felice and Uncle Frank, started Frank Motors in 1965. However, prior to starting Frank Motors, the Fornaca family owned a bakery called The Fornaca Family Bakery that Mario Fornaca, Jim's grandfather, started in 1912. Jim first began working for the family business in 1975 when he took at job at the bakery. In 1980, he joined the Frank Motors Group. In his spare time, Jim enjoys piano, golf, and running. He says that the greatest part about his job is, "Seeing the success unfold in all of the people working at Frank Motors."

Ron grew up in our beautiful city of San Diego and even graduated from the University of San Diego High School (Uni). In 1965, Ron's father, Frank, and uncle, Felice, started Frank Motors. However, prior to starting Frank Motors, the Fornaca family owned a bakery called The Fornaca Family Bakery that Mario Fornaca, Ron's grandfather, started in 1912. Ron first started working for the family business in 1975. He was twelve years old and worked at Frank Toyota as a lot porter washing cars part time in the summer. When he was eighteen, Ron moved to the Parts and Sales Department. After graduating college in 1984, he took a job at the family bakery and in 1996, Ron returned to Frank Motors Group. Ron is a devoted San Diego Chargers and Padres fan and loves spending time with his wife and kids. Ron says the best part about his job is, "The everyday challenge of assisting the company and working with everyone at Frank Motors."

Jose was born in San Diego, CA and raised in Tijuana, MX. He has been with Frank Motors since 2008. Jose enjoys "Catch and Release" fishing, riding ATV's and driving his Subaru up to Julian in his spare time.

John is originally from Kentucky, however, he has been in this sunny San Diego for 41 years and truly loves this city. He has been in the car business for the past 40 years and has been with Frank Subaru since October 2012. He is an avid sports fan and has been following both the San Diego Chargers and Padres since 1961. John truly has a passion for cars and he loves being able to use this knowledge to help customers service their vehicles. - Maria is originally from Tucson, AZ. In 1963, she moved out to California and to San Diego in 1974. Maria started working with Frank Motors in Sept of 1978 part time as a Rental Agent and has been with the company ever since. In her spare time, she loves watching old 1930's and 40's movies and Old Hollywood Musicals. Her favorite place to go in our beautiful city is Balboa Park. What Maria loves the most about her job is, "It's never boring. There is always something new and challenging to tackle."

Monica is a San Diego State University graduate with a B.S. in Business Marketing. She began working full-time for Frank Motors in 2003 as Business Development Manager. She continued her education in Mclean, Virginia at National Auto Dealer Association (NADA) Dealer Academy and currently works as Marketing Director for Frank Motors. She is very active in the community and loves to give back. She is currently President for the San Diego Alumnae of Pi Beta Phi, a member of the Junior League of San Diego and is on the Young Professionals Committee (YPC).
